At //venice >connected you can book online your visit to Venice in an easy, safe and cheaper way, and you help improve the quality of life, urban sustainability and enjoyment of Venice.
First, select the first day of your stay in Venice and then choose the services you like among:
- public transport in Venice and to the Islands
- Venice museums
- public restrooms facilities
- car parking in the municipal garage
- Wi-Fi connection to the Internet
By booking online at least 7 days before your arrival in Venice, you can avoid queues and benefit from reduced fees set according to the tourist flow seasonality (on some services only, with the exception of ACTV public transport service).
Bookings can be made whenever is convenient for you, up to a minimum of 4 days before collecting the tickets: for example, if you need a ticket for September 12th, the system allows you to book it up to September 8th.
The days highlighted in green guarantee the most convenient fee; the blue fee days offer a price which is still convenient even if it is higher than the green fee, but in any case still at a lower fee compared to purchasing without any advance - the days highlighted in red.
You can know the fees by looking up the city’s tourism seasonality calendar, that will allow you to plan your visit in the less crowded periods.

If you don't book ahead you will have to pay higher for all the tourist services delivered to you by the City of Venice, such as: public transport, entrance to municipal museums, car parks and rest rooms.
