You can purchase the Alilaguna ticket for the transfer trip by water or the ACTV limited time ticket for the Aerobus service by land. Alilaguna tickets are available as: single tickets or return tickets. ACTV limited time tickets are available inclusive of an Aerobus single or return ticket. It’s not possible to purchase only the ACTV Aerobus ticket online; on //veniceconnected this ticket is always attached to a tourist limited time ticket.

The ticket’s validity starts from the exact moment – hour and minutes – it is collected at the desk of one of the //venice>connected points or by means of a ticket machine and ceases at the duration expiry, after 12/24/36/48/72 hours or 7 days. The trip to/from Marco Polo Airport is included in the limited time ticket and cannot be separated.

No, you must purchase the specific ticket that includes the Aerobus service. With the ticket that includes the Aerobus, you can board ACTV bus no.5 that covers the Aeroporto Marco Polo - Venezia Piazzale Roma route, urban bus no. 15 that covers the Aeroporto Marco Polo – Mestre route, or urban bus no. 45 that covers the Ospedale dell’Angelo – Favaro – Tessera – Aeroporto Marco Polo – Ca’ Noghera route.

To collect the ACTV public transport ticket booked on //veniceconnected using an automatic ticket machine you must have with you the PNR number you were issued at the moment of purchase. Watch the video that shows you what to do and follow the procedure:
