How much does the Wi-Fi connection service I purchase online on //venice>connected cost?

The applied fees are as follows: 5 Euros for 24 hours, 15 Euros for 72 hours, 20 Euros for 7 days. The full price fees that apply if the service is purchased when you are already in Venice are: 8 Euros for 24 hours, 20 Euros for 72 hours, 30 Euros for 7 days.

If I book a parking place for several days, what fee is applied?

You always pay the lowest fee – set by the calendar – available for the days you are booking the parking place for. The fee is daily, it is valid for 24 parking hours and cannot be fractioned: consequently the same fee is applied to any extra hours or fractions of hours. If, for example, you extend your parking time by half an hour, you have to buy another daily pass.

Do children and juveniles have to pay the full ticket to visit the Venice City Museums?

The visit is free of charge for children under 5 years of age. Juveniles between 6 and 14 years of age and students under 25 years of age pay a reduced ticket.

Are there reductions for families?

No, there aren’t, at the moment if you purchase museum tickets on //venice>connected there are no special reductions for families. But we remind you that the online fees of //venice>connected are anyway the most convenient in Venice.

Do children have to pay the full ticket for the Terminal Fusina public transport service?

Children under 6 years of age travel free. Children between 6 and 12 years of age pay a reduced ticket. The others pay the full fee.
