I can’t come to Venice, can I give my bookings to another person?

Yes, you can, the service booking is not necessarily associated with a single name.

Yes, you can, the service booking is not necessarily associated with a single name. With the same purchase order – a single PNR and consequently only one transaction – you can buy several different tickets for yourself and for your fellow travellers, even for large groups.

Starting from when are the tickets booked on-line valid?

The tickets are valid starting from the day you selected on the calendar as the date for collecting and using the tickets for the first time. In general the tickets are activated at the same moment they are collected at the service provider’s office. Consequently the ticket collection date coincides with the first date of use. The tickets must be collected on the day you selected on the calendar as collection and first use date and that is indicated in the purchase summary, you cannot collect them on the previous days. You can collect the tickets at the time that suits you best throughout the day. We advise you to check the opening times of the ticket issuing offices beforehand.

Can I buy services to be collected on different dates, with the same purchase order?

Yes, you can, by using the Change date function. It is important to know that if you decide to buy services for different days, you will be able to collect the ticket in question and start using that service only starting from the day you have selected on the calendar, not before: in fact the service activation date always corresponds to the selected date for collecting the ticket.

How do I know how much a service costs?

Check the fees for the days you have chosen for your stay in Venice accessing the electronic cart by clicking on the Buy now link and simulate the purchase. You can do it easily, by selecting on the calendar the first day you want to use the chosen service and adding the services you are interested in to your shopping cart one by one.

Remember to change the date, if you wish to purchase services that you will start using on different days: you just have to click on “Change” link, at the top between two brackets, beside the first chosen date, you will be redirected to the calendar, where you will be able to select a new date.

Does the PNR work like a multiservice card?

No, it doesn’t. You buy your tickets according to your actual requirements and interests. To access the Venice City Museums and to use the public transport services, the public toilets, the municipal car park and the Wi-Fi network you must have the specific ticket for each service, that you will have purchased by adding each one of them to your personal shopping cart: ACTV public transport card, Alilaguna transport ticket, Terminal Fusina transport ticket, public toilet card, City Museum pass, Wi-Fi network subscription. With the same purchase order – a single PNR – you can buy the tickets for yourself and for your fellow travellers, even for large groups.

Up to how many days in advance can I purchase on //venice>connected?

On //venice>connected you can purchase the offered services up to a minimum of 4 days before collecting and/or using the tickets: if for example you need a public transport ticket for the 12th of September, the system will let you book it within and not later than the 8th of September.
