What is the PNR and what is it for?

The PNR (Personal Name Record) is a booking code that univocally identifies the purchase and is issued automatically by the system at the moment of payment. This code is different for each carried out transaction and is communicated by means of the voucher you receive by email.

Should you contact the //venice>connected helpdesk, we advise you to always specify the PNR referring to your purchase.

After reaching Venice, by simply communicating your PNR or by showing a print of your voucher, you can directly access the following services:

  • Venice City Museums
  • Venice Casino
  • municipal car park in Piazzale Roma
  • connection to the Wi-Fi network

You have to convert your voucher at the specific office communicating your PNR to collect the tickets for the following services:

  • ACTV public transport in Venice, on the island and on the mainland
  • transfer trip from Marco Polo Airport to the city centre and vice versa
  • transfer trip from the sea terminal to the city centre and vice versa
  • transfer trip from Terminal Fusina to the city centre and vice versa
  • public toilets
