How to collect the cards

You can convert your voucher - by showing the print out of your email confirmation or simply by quoting your booking reference i.d  the PNR - into valid Tourist Travel Cards at the desk of any of the //venice>connected points or you can use the ACTV self-service ticket machines, active 24 hours a day. We recommend you use the ACTV ticket machines to pick up your Tourist Travel Cards: they are more common than the //venice>connected points, they are always operational and you save time. You may convert your voucher from the day chosen in the calendar as pick up date and not later than 24 months from the date of ticket purchase.

How to collect the tickets

At your arrival in Venice, you will have to exchange your voucher - i.e. the email confirmation received by email with your PNR - with regular tickets exclusively at the authorised Alilaguna ticket offices.
Before getting on board, don't forget to validate your ticket!
Please remember that if you buy a return ticket, you must validate the ticket when used for the first time and kept it for the return trip. In case passengers do not withdraw tickets before getting on board, there is no guarantee they will be admitted on board even if they have a valid voucher.

Terminal Fusina tickets

How to collect the tickets

You will have to show the print out of your email confirmation or you can quote your booking reference i.e. the PNR at the ticket office you find at the Fusina Terminal. Thereafter, you will receive the tickets for the service. The ticket must be validated when used for the first time and kept for the return trip to Fusina.

Municipal Car park

How to enter the car park

Entry to the car park is through the preferential lane (INGRESSO ABBONATI on the left). Upon entry you must communicate your PNR or name and surname to the car park attendant, who will tell you where to park.

How to collect the car

At the preferential cash desk for //venice>connected customers, you must exhibit:

• the ticket issued upon entering the car park;
• the purchase certificate with the //venice>connected PNR.

Payment for periods of time in excess of the hours booked will be calculated by the cash office of the car park at the rates in force.

How to gain admission

You can access the museums directly through the priority lane, avoiding the queues at the ticket office, as tickets are e-mailed to you. The voucher you receive soon after the payment at your e-mail address includes the passes for the museums, that are in electronic format, and are shown in barcode format.
The voucher includes as many barcodes as the number of people the purchase was made for, so each person only has to show the print out of his/her barcode when entering the museum: you only need to hold your barcode close to the reader.
Or, you can quote your booking reference i.e. your PNR at the museum ticket office - you have priority access - and collect your ticket.

Public restrooms facilities

How to collect the toilet cards

You must collect the cards giving you access to the public restrooms facilities from any of the //venice>connected points.
You need to exchange your PNR for a set of two or ten little cards (credit card sized), depending upon whether you opted for the daily or weekly ticket. Each time you use the public restrooms, one card will be retained by the personnel manning them.
 

Complimentary entrance to Venice Casino

How to gain admission

The complimentary entrance can be collected at the reception of the Venice Casino by presenting the PNR indicated in the purchase summary page. The welcome drink can be consumed at the bars inside the locations of the Venice Casino.

How to access the service

All you need to connect to //venice>connected Wi-Fi is a laptop computer or mobile device, such as Smartphones, with a Wi-Fi interface. Most laptops and some mobile phones come with built-in Wi-Fi capability. Connecting to //venice>connected Wi-Fi service is easy, just follow the instructions.
