  • Parking – car width < 185 cm
  • Parking – car width > 185 cm

The pass, which can be purchased for one or more days, is valid for 24 hours from entry to the park. The ticket does not include exit and subsequent re-entry.

How to book

If you need to book a parking space for the same car for more than one day, you must add to the shopping cart as many 24hr parking passes as are the days you wish to stay in the car park, making sure to select each time a different date. You can do that easily by clicking on the word "change" written in brackets and located at the top next to the first date of your choice. You will then be directed back to the calendar, where you will be able to select a new date.

How to enter the car park

Entry to the park is through the preferential lane (INGRESSO ABBONATI on the LEFT). Upon entry users must communicate their PNR or name and surname to the car park attendant, who will tell them where to park.
As a fire-prevention measure, cars parked inside must be left open with the keys attached.

How to collect the car

At the preferential cash desk for //venice>connected customers, users must exhibit:

  • the ticket issued upon entering the car park;
  • the voucher with the //venice>connected PNR.

Payment for periods of time in excess of the hours booked will be calculated by the cash office of the car park at the rates in force.

Where

The Municipal car park's location is: Piazzale Roma, Santa Croce 496, 30135 - Venezia. The  car park is open 24 hours a day, every day. Consult the map to locate the municipal park.

Notes

No provision exists for reimbursement or the utilisation of the parking service on a date alternative to that booked through //venice>connected.
As the tariff commences from entry into the park, customers who arrive before the scheduled date of their bookings, will be subject to this tariff procedure.
If a user with prepaid booking enters the car park with a vehicle belonging to a tariff class higher than the one booked, the car park attendant will assign the correct rate to the vehicle and the calculation made by the cash desk will be based on a higher rate that that used for the prepaid payment. Vice-versa, excess prepayments cannot be reimbursed.
