//venice>connected points
The //venice>connected points are some of the HelloVenezia ticket counters - identifiable by the //venice>connected points logo - enabled to deliver the ACTV Tourist Travel Cards and the cards for the public toilet/restroom facilities that are bought on //venice>connected.
In order to use public restrooms facilities, you must convert your PNR acquired at purchase into valid tickets at any of the //venice>connected points.
If you do not need to pick up cards for the public restrooms, you can use the ACTV ticket machines to pick up your ACTV Tourist Travel Cards: they are more common than the //venice>connected points, they are always operational and you save time.
Location
The //venice>connected points are found at entry points into the city:
Pick up point - Marco Polo Airport
Hellovenezia ticket desk located in the Arrivals hall of Marco Polo Airport. Leaving the baggage claim, after passing through customs, the combination Hellovenezia/ACTV/venice>connected desk is located to your left, about 60 meters (70 yds): it's the last booth at the end of a row of service booths along the nearest (left) wall of the arrivals hall. Pick up point - Piazzale Roma-Santa Chiara (bus terminal)
ACTV waterbus stop Piazzale Roma. The nearest waterbus landing jetty to the bridge (Ponte della Costituzione). Please see here for opening hours.
Pick up point - Railway station Venezia Santa Lucia

Pick up point - Tronchetto terminal (car parking)
