The tickets referring to the category “Services” sold through Venice Connected permit the use of the public conveniences during the validity of the card.

The ticket guarantees you use of public conveniences twice in one day.

 

The ticket guarantees you use of public conveniences ten times a week.

A customer holding a PNR number, attesting to the purchase of the service in question, must collect the cards giving him/her access to the services from one of the Venice Connected Points.

The customer will receive 2 or 10 cards, depending upon whether he/she opted for the daily or weekly ticket. When the services are used one card will be retained by the personnel manning them.
